Born: I was born in Altoona, PA and lived in the Fairview section of town.
Schools: I attended public schools in Altoona, PA and graduated from Altoona Area High School with an emphasis Drafting and Design Technology in 1974. I attended Penn State (Altoona) for a short period of time before making the decision to accept a position in restaurant management.
I later returned to Penn State and earned a continuing education certificate in Real Estate. I also graduated from the Dale Carnegie Course in Human Relations and Public Speaking. I was honored with an appointment to participate in future classes as a Graduate Assistant Instructor.
